Senator Schumer, intimidation - Witness v Supreme Court

The Buffalo News 1/8/2013 caption:  Sen. Charles E. Schumer holds up a T-shirt that reads “Snitches Get Stitches” as he speaks in Buffalo about witness intimidation.

Now watch Senator Schumer emphatically clap and applaud President Obama's direct rebuke of a Supreme Court ruling while standing directly over the heads of seated Supreme Court Justices during the 2010 State of the Union address in what might be considered a menacing and intimidating manner (Notice Schumer's glare toward Justice Alito):

12/17/2011 --- Two Democratic Senators, Chuck Schumer of New York and Ben Cardin of Maryland, introduced legislation in the U.S. Senate that directly attacks free speech. Called 'the Deceptive Practices and Voter Intimidation Prevention Act of 2011,' the bill would criminalize 'misleading' or 'intentional false information' published or broadcast concerning voting eligibility and the time and place for voting, within 90 days of an election.
