Illegal Alien, Undocumented Immigrant, Laws Broken, Crimes Committed

Illegal Entry - the act of foreign nationals arriving in or crossing the borders into a country in violation of its immigration law
example: entering country without inspection, permission, or documentation

Tax Evasion - an illegal practice where a person, organization or corporation intentionally avoids paying their true tax liability by under reporting income, inflating deductions, or hiding money.
example: paying an employee "under the table"

Insurance Fraud - occurs when any act is committed with the intent to fraudulently obtain some benefit or advantage to which they are not otherwise entitled.
example: driving a car without insurance

Identity Fraud - is unlawful identity change indicating activities that use the identity of another person or of a non-existing person as a principal tool for procurement
example: using a false Social Security number

Aiding and Abetting - assisting in the commission of a crime, or to be an accomplice; involves a plan to commit a crime or to commit acts, the probable consequences of which are criminal; an accomplice may assist or encourage the main offender with the same intent to have the crime committed, but does not necessarily have to be present when the crime is actually committed
